Today, NAW is well equipped with manufacturing facilities such as CNC Machining Centre, CNC Worm Grinding Machine, CNC Teeth Grinding Machines, Tangential and Regular Hobbing Machines, besides full-fledged Tool Room etc., besides STATE-OF-ART controlled atmosphere Heat Treatment with 30,000 liters quenching oil tank which is adequate to ensure metallurgical properties of gear elements as per the specifications. Besides the manufacturing facilities, the works is adequately equipped with requisite quality control facilities such as CNC Gear Tester, Pitch and Profile Checking Machine, Gear Roll Tester etc. The Chemical and Metallurgical Test Laboratory, equipped with non-destructive facilities, ensure the compliance of material specifications to designed parameters.

In order to serve customers effectively, NAW has marketing offices in all the metro and some of semi-metro cities. Full-fledged Service Cell provides expertise services for erection and commissioning of Gearboxes at sites, as and when required, besides attending routine service calls. The Service Cells also provide training to users' industries about the preventive and regular maintenance of the Gearboxes for preventive and trouble free utilisation.
