The Pin and Bush type of Couplings are manufactured under the brand name of "FLEXIMAX" whereas the Geared Couplings are manufactured under the brand name of "ALLMAX". The product range of "ALLMAX" and "FLEXIMAX" Couplings covers the power capacity of full range of Gearboxes.

Features

These Gear couplings can withstand parallel and angular misalignment of shafts to be coupled. They have crowned external teeth on hub and straight internal teeth on sleeve.
The gears are having 30o Pressure angle for involute teeth that ensures reliable self centering of the couplings.

Size: NGC-10 to NGC 150
Torque range: 107 kgm to 34750 Kgm

Features

These Gear couplings can withstand parallel and angular misalignment of shafts to be coupled. The crowning of teeth allows parallel and angular misalignment ( ± 0.5o) of shafts to be coupled.
