NAW is equipped with world class machines with skilled workforce to cater the quality needs for both National and International market. Apart from a large concentration of Computerised Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machines, NAW has sophisticated gear profile testing machines, 3 axis Co-ordinate measuring machine, ensuring a high degree of precision in the manufacture and testing of gear components to DIN / AGMA international specifications. as well as full- fledged testing/calibrating lab to check chemical analysis of raw material.

HEAT TREATMENT

NAW has a state of art tool room where tangential feed worm wheel hob cutters are manufactured. Besides re-sharpening of hobs, broaches, milling cutters, drills, taps etc. are carried out.

NAW is equipped with sophisticated gear profile testing machines and Co-ordinate Measuring machines to confirm the product Quality at various stages of manufacturing and a well-equipped lab with PMI and Metallurgical Microscope with image Analyser, Ultrasonic flaw detector, Micro hardness tester etc to confirm the metallurgy of the products and materials. Besides NAW has also in house calibration facilities for measuring instruments.
